All Monroe-Woodbury schools and offices will operate on a 2-hour delay schedule tomorrow, Wednesday, January 17, due to icy road conditions and extremely low overnight temperatures. This extra time in the morning will allow crews to treat roads and complete clean-up to ensure safe travel for our students and staff. The start of the academic day will be as follows: M-W High School – 9:08 a.m. start time M-W Middle School – 10:15 a.m. start time (AM classes will begin at 9:25 a.m.) Sapphire and Smith Clove – 10:30 a.m. start time Central Valley, North Main and Pine Tree – 11:15 a.m. start time Students will be picked up at bus stops approximately two hours later than usual. All buses, both in and out-of-district, will operate on the specified delay schedule. All CTE programs at BOCES will be bussed based on the Monroe-Woodbury schedule. Students will not be charged for absence from BOCES if buses are not available. BOCES delayed opening cancels morning CTE programs. Safe travels tomorrow!

Due to the forecast for an extended period of heavy rains, high winds and mixed precipitation, all Monroe-Woodbury students will be dismissed early today, Tuesday, January 9, to give our transportation team sufficient time to safely transport all students. UPDATE: M-W schools now closed today, December 18, 2023 Due to the extended weather event and widespread flooding of roadways, all Monroe-Woodbury schools and offices are now closed today, Monday, December 18, 2023. High school students and those middle school students who came to school for early classes will be transported home with a dismissal time of 10:30 a.m. There are no afternoon BOCES classes. All after school activities and Club Kid are canceled. Concerts will be rescheduled. Items such as milk, fruit, vegetables and more are available. Students must choose three or more of the offered items to receive them at no cost.
