As we head back down to Florida, you can spot our Crusaders relaxing by the beach at sunset or cruising by boat in New Smyrna Beach. What better way to enjoy summer than down by the beach? ⛵🔆 We can't wait to see where our Crusaders head next!

Back closer to home, two Crusaders had a great trip to Hershey Park, while another went to Boston for a concert at Fenway Park. Summer fun for sure! Keep sending your travel photos by email to communications@mw.k12.ny.us or DM us on Facebook or Instagram. Safe travels, Crusaders!

Our Crusaders are spending their summer traveling near and far. This group is covering the central part of the United States, checking out baseball, wrestling and the scenery in the Great Plains. Go Crusaders! Safe travels! Keep those travel photos coming! We love them!

One idea, if you are wondering where you might find a Crusader, is to ask Mickey and Minnie. Disney World is a great place to look because our families love it this summer! 💜🏰🎠🎡💜 Send your vacation photos to communications@mw.k12.ny.us or DM us on Facebook or Instagram!

Some Crusaders headed west, as in way, way west visiting Hawaii and even the Philippines! Keep those vacation photos coming! We can't wait to see where a Crusader will turn up next. Send your photos to communications@mw.k12.ny.us or DM us on Facebook or Instagram.

Our Crusaders are also visiting some favorite places closer to home. The Redhawk Pow Wow is not only educational, it's also fun and has "yummy food!" And everybody loves Sesame Place!

Popular locations to spot a Crusader include some gorgeous Caribbean islands! If you go, you could find a Crusader in the Dominican Republic, Jamaica or Aruba.🏝 We love seeing what our students are up to. Email us at communications@mw.k12.ny.us or DM Facebook or Instagram.🔆

If you are wondering where our Crusaders have been so far this summer, try Europe! Wow!

Where in the world can you find a Crusader? London and Dakota checked in all the way from their vacation in Colombia. Keep sending your photos, Crusaders. We love hearing from you at communications@mw.k12.ny.us and via DM on Facebook and Instagram.

Please enjoy these Saturday morning smiles from Crusaders reporting in from Florida. We join them in hoping everyone is having a great summer!

We missed one wonderful Pine Tree presenter during Celebration of Capabilities Week! Grade 2 students enjoyed James, "That Vitiligo Guy," who spoke about the importance of looking inside a person, instead of just at the outside. James developed an auto-immune condition called Vitiligo as an infant. It changed his face so much that he was bullied until he decided to smile at the world and love himself. He wrote two children's books about facing a challenge and being unafraid. Thank you, James, for such an important lesson!

Enjoy sunshine and smiles with family and friends this long weekend, Crusaders! We look forward to seeing you on Tuesday!☀️😎🎉

The MWHS Drama Club Kids on the Block Troupe visited North Main, Central Valley, and Pine Tree today! Our talented students (James D., Gray J., Ashley C. and Sophia T., led by their student director, Kylie M.) engaged, entertained and educated 2nd and 3rd grade students and shared important messages of compassion and understanding. BRAVO!💜🥰

PT's Celebration of Capabilities today featured Winslow Therapeutic Riding. Fourth graders were asked to imagine needing crutches or a wheelchair to enjoy the outdoors, and then to imagine the freedom of riding a horse that can take you anywhere. They met (and petted) therapy horse, Skunk, while learning about the physical and emotional support he gives his riders. There were questions, questions and more questions from our students. Thanks for a great morning, Winslow!

Celebration of Capabilities Week at PT continues with a visit from a furry friend, Willow the Therapy Dog. As a therapy dog, Willow is trained to provide comfort and affection. Her sweet, warm nature made for an awesome visit with Pine Tree second graders. Thank you, Willow!🐾☺️

Come cheer on our Crusaders!🏈💪🏼
