What's better than reading a great book with your classmates? Reading a great book with a furry friend!
Students in Mr. Toomey's/Ms. Quattrini's class at Pine Tree had some special reading partners this week. Two therapy dogs from Hudson Valley Paws for a Cause stopped by their classroom and students had the opportunity to gently pet, sit quietly with and read to their four-legged friends. Students can't wait for the dogs to come back and visit again!
