There have been no additional bear sightings on school grounds. Dismissal will take place as scheduled. Thank you for your understanding.
A bear sighting has been reported this afternoon on Pine Tree Elementary property. A lockout is currently in place. All physical education classes and recess will be held indoors for the remainder of the school day and students and staff will stay inside. Everyone is safely indoors.
We will continue to monitor our property and anticipate dismissal will take place as scheduled. The safety of our students and staff remains our top priority. If there are any changes to this plan, we will provide an update. Thank you for your continued cooperation.
