Spring PickATime conference header

Spring Parent-Teacher Conferences will again be offered using Google Meet, allowing families to join the conference from wherever they are, without traveling to the schools. All Parent-Teacher conferences are scheduled using PickATime, which allows parents/guardians to reserve a 6 minute block of time with each child's teacher(s). The scheduling site opens on Friday, February 17, at 12:00 a.m.

If you have not participated in Parent-Teacher Conferences before, you will need to create your account in PickATime before you can schedule your appointments. Creating the account can be done prior to the scheduling site opening.

Complete instructions, including videos, as well as scheduling links are on the district website as well as on each school's website in the Menu, under QuickLinks or use this direct link: PickATime Parent-Teacher Conference Scheduling

The spring schedule includes 2 afternoon conference dates and one evening conference date.
