Dear Monroe-Woodbury High School family,

As of Friday, August 19th, at 3:00PM, students may access their schedules in the PowerSchool Portal. Much time, effort and thought have gone into the 2022-2023 school year student placement process. Schedules were created based on student course requests and graduation needs, and classrooms have been balanced.

Our class lists are structured to provide equitable class sizes at each level.  Moving students is challenging without causing imbalances and inequities; therefore, we will not honor teacher requests or lunch, P.E., and study hall changes. Thank you so much for helping your students understand that placing them with preferred friends or teachers is impossible.

Our staff works hard to make school a positive experience for ALL students. All teachers are eagerly looking forward to enriching the lives of your child. Thank you for understanding that it may take a few weeks for a child to acclimate to new teachers and peer groups.

School counselors will be available during the first five days of the semester to make elective class changes and correct any errors. Please contact the guidance office with any questions at (845) 460-7500.

Below is a list of counselors and their contact information for your reference:
