Monroe-Woodbury High School was well represented at the annual Music in the Parks Festival in Agawam, Massachusetts on June 2-4. Founded in 1981, the Festival’s mission is to "bring together student musicians and adjudicator-clinicians for performances with the result being musical growth, achievement and recognition." In addition to their performances, the students spent an afternoon at Six Flags New England amusement park that culminated in the awards ceremony.

Symphonic Orchestra - 1st Place in their class and Best Overall High School Orchestra
