On Saturday, October 15, the Monroe-Woodbury Transportation Department will be holding its second "Test Drive a School Bus event" from 10 a.m. to noon at Central Valley Elementary, 45 Route 32, Central Valley. Permanent and substitute bus drivers are needed.
The event provides individuals interested in driving a bus the opportunity to get behind the wheel in a safe, controlled environment.
Our trained staff will give prospective applicants the opportunity to drive a school bus, under supervision, in the Central Valley Elementary parking lot. Participants must have a valid driver's license.
