PickATime is an online service that allows parents/guardians to plan and schedule conferences with their child(ren)’s teachers. Once again this spring, all conferences will be online, rather than in person.
Once the appointments site is opened, parents may begin scheduling their online conferences. Each appointment in PickATime will include a Google Meet link. You will need that link to connect to your Teacher Conference meeting online.

The site also includes scheduling links for all schools and instructions for using Google Meet.

Grades 2-5: Thursday, March 10 from 5:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Afternoon:
All schools will dismiss early on the following dates to allow time for afternoon parent teacher virtual conferences using Google Meet.
Grades 2-5: Friday, March 18 from 1:30 p.m. to 3:45 p.m.
Grades 2-5: Wednesday, March 23 from 1:30 p.m. to 3:45 p.m.
