Hundreds of children participated in the t-shirt design contest and enjoyed a special "Read Aloud" in their Library classes during World Read Aloud Day on Wednesday, February 2. Thanks to all who made sure to celebrate the importance of reading today and always!
Prizes of some great fiction and picture books, along with furry friends to read aloud to, were awarded to winning submissions.
T-shirt design winners were:
Sapphire: Sofia, 1st grade
Smith Clove: Lyra, 1st grade
North Main: Lisbeth, 5th grade
Central Valley: Driti, 5th grade
Pine Tree: Frankie, 2nd grade
