Hello Crusaders!

We are excited to open up the ticketing registration system to the community for our Varsity Football Game on Friday, November 8, 2024, 6pm at MWHS. The ticket request deadline is Thursday, November 7, 2024, or until all tickets are reserved. We look forward to seeing you and enjoying a great day of football.

To ensure the safety and enjoyment of all attendees at our football game, we kindly request that students and community members adhere to the following guidelines:

Football Game Time Safety Rules for Students and Community Members

Ticketing Procedures:

Fans can obtain tickets online through the Monroe-Woodbury High School’s GoFan page or the GoFan Mobile App. There is no fee to obtain tickets.

Before the event:

  • Obtain your ticket on the MWHS GoFan website or mobile app.

  • Once you obtain your ticket online, you will receive an order confirmation email.

  • Click on the “VIEW TICKET” on your mobile device. This can also be done in the app.

  • Pay attention to the important information shown on the confirmation screen!

  • All elementary and middle school students attending the football game must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.

Tickets are on a “First Come, First Serve” basis, and all attendees must have a ticket.

MW Spectator Entry:

At the event:

1. Prior to arriving at the gate, students will be required to show a valid ID (i.e., student ID, drivers license) to enter. Please access your confirmation email or view the ticket in the mobile app and click on the “VIEW TICKET” on your mobile device.

2. Tickets CANNOT be printed. You must use your mobile device to access your ticket(s).

3. Show your mobile device to gate personnel, who will scan your ticket for admission.

  • DO NOT validate your ticket prior to arriving at the gate. A staff member will validate your ticket. If you validate your ticket in advance, you may need to obtain another ticket.

  • Fans will receive a game bracelet after a mobile ticket is redeemed.

  • Gates will open one hour before game time at 5pm and spectators will not be allowed to enter after halftime. Individuals who leave the stadium will not be allowed to return.

  • To attend the football game, MWHS students must be in compliance with the Code of Conduct, and be behaviorally eligible. If a student is suspended out of school between September 4, 2024, and the date of the home football game, the student will be unable to attend the game.

  • Once spectators enter through the designated areas, they are to stay in the stands for the duration of the game, with the exception of bathroom visits.

  • No bags will be allowed.

  • There will be no entry without a bracelet.

Safety Protocols: To ensure crowd safety, we ask that visitors remain in designated seating areas for the duration of the game, with the exception of bathroom visits. Please avoid obstructing aisles, walkways and emergency exits. Standing or gathering on or near staircases is prohibited. Safety personnel will be on hand to ensure adherence of the rules.

No Entry Zones: Certain areas such as empty fields, team sidelines and restricted sections are off limits to visitors. Please respect these boundaries to maintain order and safety.

Parking Regulations: Monroe-Woodbury spectators may park in the MWMS or MWHS lots. Handicapped parking will be available at the Central Valley tennis courts lot (enter via Route 32) and shuttle buses will transport visitors to the stadium. All visitors are asked to adhere to designated parking areas and follow traffic flow directions provided by security. No tailgating will be permitted. Click Here for Parking Map

Prohibited Items: Weapons, alcohol, illegal substances, glass, tobacco products, and any other items that pose a security risk are strictly prohibited. No bags will be allowed.

Respectful Behavior: We expect all attendees to treat fellow spectators, players and event staff with respect. Disorderly conduct, harassment or offensive behavior by any spectators will not be tolerated and individuals will be subject to removal from the game.

Respect Player and Coach Areas: Stay clear of player and coach areas, including team sidelines and restricted zones. These areas are designated for authorized personnel only.

By adhering to these safety guidelines, we can all contribute to a positive and secure atmosphere at this night football game. Let's work together to make sure everyone can enjoy the excitement of the game while prioritizing the safety and well-being of our school community.
