On Sunday, November 3, 2024, members from the Kids Changing the World Club and the Outdoors Club came together to participate in the "Beautiful People's 6th Annual Fall Fun Walk, Run & Roll." This was a 5K fundraiser organized through the Beautiful People Organization. All proceeds from this race support Beautiful People Adaptive Sports where their mission is to build bridges between individuals with disabilities and the broader community of Orange County. 💜


M-W Girls Varsity Flag Football ran its first youth flag clinic on Nov. 3. With close to 50 students in attendance, 2nd-8th grade students participated in a series of fitness and agility drills, as well as skill building like throwing, catching and flag pulling. These young girls showed the true spirit of Monroe-Woodbury athletes and we look forward to seeing them continue with this awesome sport. Here's to our future Crusaders!🏈💪

During Red Ribbon Week, North Main students got an up close and personal look at Monroe Police Department’s K-9 unit. K-9 Keen with Sgt. Melissa Berke, worked as a team to show students how this unit keeps the community safe! 💜

This week is National School Bus Safety Week. Let’s work together to ensure every student gets to and from school safely! Students should always cross in FRONT of the bus. Motorists, STOP when the stop arm is extended! Stay alert, stay safe and let’s practice these rules every day! 🚌🛑

Voyage complete! National School Lunch Week was a success as our students dined on fresh and delicious meals. From fruits and veggies to wholesome grains, students found their treasure and earned a healthy snack at the end of the week!
