Kudos to the MWHS math team who ended the season with both its A and B teams qualifying for the sectional Dutchess/Ulster/Sullivan/Orange (DUSO) virtual Math League Meet. Three students were selected for a state level competition based on their individual scores for the season: Jared Fierman, Giovanni Paulino and Jason Cole. They will be competing as members of the DUSO team at the New York State Math League (NYSML) Meet, which will be held this upcoming Saturday, April 2. Good luck, Crusaders!

This gratitude message is an important reminder that small gestures often make great impacts. Not only does Mrs. Panzica care for the students riding her bus, with a quick wave and the honk of her horn, she sends one young student a message of love. #attitudeofgratitude

Sapphire Elementary students participated in a "soup-er" generous event this winter! The "Soup-er" Bowl Food Drive, spearheaded by Nancy Peifer and Camille Lucaine, collected a grand total of 619 cans of non-perishable food items in just one month. The items, as well as some cash donations, were donated to Our Father's Kitchen, a local food pantry in Monroe. Thank you to Sapphire Elementary for contributing to such a great cause!
