The energy was electric at MWMS as School Security Aide, Johanna Medina was recognized as the newest “Crusader Cause for Applause” recipient. Mrs. Medina has been with the district since 2018 and is regarded by parents and staff as caring, dedicated and inspiring. She is one of the first faces students see as they walk into school and goes above and beyond to ensure they feel safe, supported and valued.
MWMS Assistant Principal Kesha Carra, who nominated Mrs. Medina, noted, “Johanna's ability to handle various situations with professionalism and poise has significantly contributed to the overall effectiveness of our security operations. Johanna's commitment to our school community is truly inspiring, and she exemplifies the qualities we most value in an employee. She is an essential part of our team, and we are incredibly fortunate to have her.”
