Graduation message from Principal McElroy
Dear Parents/Guardians of the Class of 2025:
Graduation is just around the corner! After years of dedication and hard work, your student is about to cross the stage as a graduate. We’re excited for this milestone and want to ensure you have everything you need to navigate the graduation process smoothly.
Graduation will take place at 6:00 PM on Friday, June 27th, on our turf field. Seating is unlimited and there is no ticket required for our outdoor ceremony. This year, we’ve added a rain date to ensure as many people as possible can be part of this special moment. In the event of inclement weather, the ceremony would be rescheduled for Saturday, June 28th, at 10:00 AM.
If the weather does not cooperate on Friday or Saturday, the ceremony would be moved indoors to the main gymnasium. Due to limited seating in the gymnasium, each student would receive two tickets for the indoor ceremony, should it be necessary. Tickets would be distributed to seniors via our GoFan Digital Ticketing System in advance of the indoor event. Specific instructions will be provided to help students and parents/guardians navigate this system if the event is held indoors.
Friends and family who do not have a ticket for the potential indoor event are welcome to join us in our auditorium where the event will be livestreamed. Guests will be accommodated in this location until capacity is reached.
Regardless of when or where the ceremony is held, the celebratory event will be livestreamed for all family and friends near and far to enjoy! A link will be provided closer to the graduation ceremony date.

An annual tradition, Monroe-Woodbury High School Graduation Party is an alcohol and drug-free graduation celebration exclusively for Monroe-Woodbury graduates. The event is typically held at the High School during graduation week. Information on this year's event will be announced later in the year.
This event is produced by parent volunteers and is supported by the MWHS PTA and the M-W Community. The All Night Graduation Party would not be possible without the High School administration, parents, and community along with the generous support of local businesses.
