On Tuesday, December 5, 2023, Monroe-Woodbury Central School District residents will be asked to vote on a proposed $98 million capital improvement project, which would address long overdue major system improvements and upgrades in all seven M-W schools and five non-instructional buildings with ZERO tax impact to residents.
The goal of this multi-year capital project is to preserve the community’s long-term investment in school facilities and to enhance the learning environment and energy efficiencies. The district’s top priority is to maintain the health, safety and well-being of students, staff and visitors.
To learn more about the proposal and vote, please visit the capital project page on the district website. Please direct any questions related to the proposed project to Patrick Cahill, Assistant Superintendent for Business & Management Services, pcahill@mw.k12.ny.us.
