We are excited to announce that the M-W Varsity Football game originally scheduled for Saturday, October 21st at 1:00 p.m. will now take place on Thursday, October 19th at 6:00 p.m. to allow fans to enjoy the game under the lights on our home field.
To ensure the safety and enjoyment of all attendees at our Thursday night football game, we kindly request that students and community members adhere to the following guidelines. These rules are designed to support a secure and positive environment for all in attendance:

Ticketing Procedures:
There will be limited seating available and all spectators must reserve their ticket in advance, first come, first served. Once we have reached the maximum capacity in our stadium, we will no longer accept ticket requests. Priority will be given to our student athletes and families, as well as the MWHS student body. If there are any remaining seats, they will then be made available to the public. Reservations and regrets will automatically be confirmed by email.
Please note that individuals who have not submitted a ticket request in advance will NOT gain access to the stadium.
Student Entry:
Once students have received online confirmation of their ticket reservation, their name will be included on the attendee list. (There are no physical tickets.) Ticketed students must show their MWHS student IDs to gain entrance into the stadium. Students with valid MWHS IDs will receive a bracelet that will serve as their ticket into the game that must be worn at all times when in the stadium.
Ticketed students may enter the stadium no earlier than one hour before game time and will not be allowed to enter after halftime. Students who leave the stadium will not be allowed to return. Upon exiting the stadium, safety personnel will collect bracelets.
To attend the football game, MWHS students must have satisfactory attendance, be in compliance with the Code of Conduct, and be academically eligible according to the district’s academic eligibility policy.
All elementary and middle school students attending the football game must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.
Once students enter through the designated areas, they are to stay in the stands for the duration of the game, with the exception of bathroom visits.
No bags will be allowed.
There will be no entry without a bracelet.
Fan Entry:

Safety Protocols: To ensure crowd safety, we ask that visitors remain in designated seating areas for the duration of the game, with the exception of bathroom visits. Please avoid obstructing aisles, walkways and emergency exits. Standing or gathering on or near staircases is prohibited. Safety personnel will be on hand to ensure adherence of the rules.
No Entry Zones: Certain areas such as empty fields, team sidelines and restricted sections are off limits to visitors. Please respect these boundaries to maintain order and safety.
Parking Regulations: Monroe-Woodbury spectators may park in the MWMS or MWHS lots. Handicapped parking will be available at the Central Valley tennis courts lot (enter via Route 32) and shuttle buses will transport visitors to the stadium. All visitors are asked to adhere to designated parking areas and follow traffic flow directions provided by security. No tailgating will be permitted. Click here for parking map.
Prohibited Items: Weapons, alcohol, illegal substances, glass, tobacco products, and any other items that pose a security risk are strictly prohibited. No bags will be allowed.
Respectful Behavior: We expect all attendees to treat fellow spectators, players and event staff with respect. Disorderly conduct, harassment or offensive behavior by any spectators will not be tolerated and individuals will be subject to removal from the game.
Respect Player and Coach Areas: Stay clear of player and coach areas, including team sidelines and restricted zones. These areas are designated for authorized personnel only.
By adhering to these safety guidelines, we can all contribute to a positive and secure atmosphere at this Thursday night football game. Let's work together to make sure everyone can enjoy the excitement of the game while prioritizing the safety and well-being of our school community.
