The National PTA Reflections Program encourages students of all grades and abilities to explore and be involved in the arts.  Entries are judged at the local PTA level. Local winners move on to the regional competition and those with top scores advance to judging at the state level.  Each state submits its best entries to the National PTA where top prizes are awarded.
