on May 13, 2016

(12:50 p.m.) The hold-in-place has been lifted and regular school activities have resumed.

(12:35 p.m.) On Friday, May 13, the Monroe-Woodbury Middle School initiated hold-in-place protocol at approximately 12:35 p.m. after school officials were notified of a suspicious note found in the school building. The police were alerted and immediately conducted an investigation and the note is believed to be non-credible. Students and staff are in a “ hold-in-place” while a precautionary sweep-through of the building is conducted.
