Central Valley's Relay for Life organizers

Coordinator Lauren Phillips and her student team led the Relay for Life initiative at Central Valley.

Central Valley went above and beyond in their effort to support cancer research. Students and staff raised $6,800 for the American Cancer Society during our Relay for Life Week.

Students brought in a different coin every day. They were sponsored by friends and family who accompanied them as they walked or ran around the designated Relay for Life area behind Central Valley.

Staff also played a role in raising funds. They supported a dress down day and had a fundraising luncheon.

Way to go, Central Valley!
